The Fourth of July

This Fourth of July was special, even though it was probably the most uneventful one I have ever had. We just stayed home and relaxed. Since I will be going into the Army in a few days I pondered the many blessings we have in the country. America is special land. The liberty and freedom that we enjoy here are precious. Living and visiting other countries around the world gives me an even greater appreciation for those who have fought to protect our liberty and freedom. I am proud to be a part of that tradition.

Memorial Day

I give honor to the many who have given their lives for the liberty and freedom of our country. I am honored to serve along side so many who have taken an oath to protect our country. I do not know of anyone who has lost their life protecting our country, but I am grateful for each and everyone of them. May God bless them.
