I found a Facebook group a while back for my OCS group. It has been very helpful, and there are a lot of cool guys that I will be training with. We are very diverse and will have a lot to offer each other.
Yesterday I organized our group into a platoon, and divided the platoon into three squads. Right now I am the 1st Squad's Squad Leader. We will change these each week. I think this will be fun. I am taking a risk at letting the other guys in our group thinking that I am a geek for putting this together, but I think that most of them will think it is a cool idea once we start doing it. Today is the first day. We will see how it goes.
